Creative & AI Supervision (Our Role)
My core colleagues and I would lead the project, taking on 2-3 "Head Of" positions. My role would be to provide the overall creative vision and supervision, ensuring quality and consistency, much like a director on a traditional film set.
Execution & Production (Collaborative Sourcing)
We would collaborate with you to build out the rest of the production team locally. This would include roles such as Prompt Engineers, VFX Artists, Motion, and Sound Designers. This structure means you are not paying a high director's fee for every task, but for the creative leadership that ensures a premium result.
The Proposal & Partnership
